We hold no customer data by default. Advisory work collects nothing from your estate, and access is read-only and session-based. Where you share scan output for analysis, it stays on an encrypted workstation for the engagement and is deleted at close with written confirmation. No sub-processors, no licence chain, no third party in the data path. BrightPath GmbH contracts under Swiss law with Swiss jurisdiction.
